July 5 to August 12, 2016
|LGT (Lifeguard Training)||15 Years & up (at start of camp)||9AM – 12PM|

|Full Day Program||Campers entering Grades 5,6, 7 & 8 ONLY (Including Lunch Supervision 12-1PM)||9AM – 4PM|
|PM||Pre-K to 5th grade (2016-2017 School Year)||1PM – 4PM|
· Camp will run July 5th through August12th
· A calendar of events will be distributed at the beginning of camp.
· Campers should wear a bathing suit, proper footwear and bring a towel, peanut free snack, sunscreen and a hat on days we are at the beach.
· On rainy days, camp will take place at the Belle Terre Community Center.
Early Registration Fees *
Single Session FEES PER CAMPER (with discounts for additional children in family).
$425 Belle Terre Resident (first registered child) – 2nd child $400, 3rd child $375, 4th + child $350 each
$625 Port Jefferson Resident (first child) – 2nd child $600, 3rd child $575, 4th + child is $550 each
$725 Residents outside PJSD (first child) – 2nd child $700, 3rd child $675, 4th + $650 each
FULL DAY FEES (with discounts for additional children in family.
( 5th 6th, 7th and 8th grade campers only)
$640. Belle Terre Resident (First registered child) – 2nd child is $600, 3rd child $560, 4th + child $520
$940 Port Jefferson Resident (First child) – 2nd child $900, 3rd child $860, 4th + child is $820
$1,090 Residents outside PJSD (First child) – 2nd child $1,050, 3rd child $1,010, 4th + $970
* After June 1st all fees increase by $25 per camper.
Guest Fee: $40 per day Single session, $60 per day Full day session. Please stop by the Village Office (1 Cliff Road) to complete guest form & pay fees prior to attending camp.
All guests must be guest of current camper, and meet age requirements for session.
Fill out ALL forms (Registration Form, and Medical & Emergency Contact Form) and return the Forms, Immunization Records and Check Payable to The Inc. Village of Belle Terre, 1 Cliff Road, NY 11777
